Política de envío


Fray Fitness ships to all the lower 48 United States using a variety of trusted carriers including, but not limited to: Fedex Ground, Fedex Freight, Saia Freight, and other LTL freight carriers. Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the sole discretion of Fray Fitness based on the most efficient and cost-effective option available. 

 

SHIPPING CHARGES 

Shipping costs are calculated based on: 

 

  • Your locationWe use zone-based shipping, which means the cost is determined by how far your order is traveling from our warehouse in Memphis, TN.
  • Total order weight and dimensions
  • Carrier-specific fees (transportation, overlength, liftgate, residential, etc) 

 

Some areas such as California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Las Vegas (NV), Idaho, and Colorado typically have higher shipping costs due to higher carrier surcharges to deliver to these areas. 

 

OVERLENGTH SHIPMENTS 

Freight shipments with a length of 96" or longer incur a $300 Overlength Fee.  This fee is added on by carriersThese shipments require more space and specialized handling by our freight partners. 

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES 

Ground or freight shipments requiring any of the following will require additional charges: 

 

  • Address change once a tracking number has been assigned
  • Address update after the order has shipped
  • Delivery appointment scheduling 

 

If any of the above apply to you, please contact sales@frayfitness.com to make the necessary changes and pay the applicable fees.  Fees vary depending on carrier. 

 

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION 

We automatically add Route Shipping Protection for all orders up to $4,999. This coverage provides 100% protection in the event your items are: 

 

  • Lost during transit
  • Stolen during transit
  • Damaged during transit 

 

If you deselect Route Shipping Protection at checkout, Fray Fitness is not liable for replacing lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our facility. 

 

In cases where customer deselects Route Coverage, and items are damaged, stolen, or lost, replacement is at our sole discretion, and we will require the customer to cover partial or full costs for replacement and reshipping. 

 

We highly recommend keeping Route enabled for full coverage and a faster resolution should an issue occur during transit. 

 

SHIPPING TIMELINES 

We typically ship same or next business day. However, during high-volume seasons or circumstances beyond our control, processing may take up to 7 business days. 

 

Once we have packed your order, you will be assigned a tracking number and an email will be sent to you with this information. 

 

Transit time estimates: 

 

  • Ground shipping: 1–5 business days
  • Freight shipping: 2–7 business days

 

Please note these are estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

 

PO BOXES 

Fray Fitness does not ship to PO Boxes. 

 

  • All ground shipments are sent via FedEx, which does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • All freight shipments are too large and heavy to be delivered to a PO Box and require a physical street address. 

 

Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address when placing your order to avoid delays or cancellation.  

 

APO/FPO SHIPPING 

We are veteran owned and veteran operated, we support our fellow servicemen and women If you're on deployment or need shipping to a U.S. base, please contact us for a custom quote. (APO/FPO delivery is only available for shipments originating from within the lower 48 states.) 

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURN TO SENDER 

If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the customer will forfeit the entire shipping cost, to and from, paid by Fray Fitness—no exceptions. 

 

If your order is returned due to: 

 

  • An incorrect or insufficient address
  • Abandonment
  • Shipping carrier being unable to reach you
  • Package refusal 

 

You will be responsible for: 

 

  1. The original shipping costs
  2. The return freight/shipping costs
  3. Any storage fees charged by the carrier 

 

All of the above will be deducted from your refund. These fees are non-refundable. 

 

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS 

Most freight shipments are curbside delivery with no signature required (unless delivering to a commercial address). 
  

Customers are responsible for: 

 

  • Moving freight from curb to desired location
  • Offloading oversized pallets/crates (dock, forklift, or pickup from terminal may be required)
  • Any extra delivery fees due to oversized freight 

 

If shipping to a commercial address, the freight carrier will call to notify before delivery. Missed deliveries may result in additional re-delivery fees which will be billed to the customer via Fray Fitness. 

 

VISIBLE DAMAGE 

If your package arrives visibly damaged, notify Fray Fitness within 3 business days of delivery with: 

 

  • Photos of the shipment when you received it
  • Photos of the damage
  • A detailed description 
  • Our Damage Claim Form

 

If you're present at delivery, mark “VISIBLE DAMAGE” on the driver’s delivery slip—even if the damage is suspected, but not confirmed.

 

CONCEALED DAMAGE 

If you discover damage after opening the package, notify Fray Fitness within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos and details when filling out our Damage Claim Form.

 

MISSING ITEMS 

If anything is missing, notify Fray Fitness within 3 business days. Failure to report in this time frame waives your right to claim. 

 

LOST SHIPMENTS 

If you believe your shipment is lost, contact us by phone or email. We will escalate it to our claims department. Please allow up to 14 business days for investigation.
