At Fray Fitness, we stand behind our products. We want you to shop with confidence and are here to make sure you have a quality experience.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges on any new, unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Contact sales@frayfitness.com to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Products that show signs of wear, assembly, or use are not eligible for return.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.

All returned items in their original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All items not returned in their original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, was damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong product. Please see our shipping policy for information on our policies regarding items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

Original shipping charges (both to and from the customer) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total.

Returns must be pre-authorized.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives and has a manufacturing defect, this must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery. Please see our shipping policy for information on items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.

To begin the process:

Email sales@frayfitness.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will first attempt to repair or replace the item.
If we are unable to do so, a refund will be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@frayfitness.com.

Orders that have already been processed by our warehouse are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling, shipping material used, and processing costs. We define orders "processed" when they have been packed, labeled, and assigned a tracking number.
Orders that have left our warehouse cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return policy.

CLOSEOUT & SCRATCH-AND-DENT ITEMS

We occasionally offer discounted products under our Closeout or Scratch-and-Dent categories. These items are sold at a reduced price and are final sale.

CLOSEOUT ITEMS:

Discontinued products that will not be restocked.
Will have differing styles from current models and/or minor cosmetic imperfections, such as scuffs, dents, or paint variations.
Fully functional, but sold as-is.

SCRATCH-AND-DENT ITEMS:

These are Items we will continue to carry that have cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents, paint chips).
New and fully functional.
Offered at a discount due to appearance only.
