The functional trainer is by far the most versatile and widely used piece of equipment in the industry. It is a commercial-grade unit consisting of 198-pound dual weight stacks.
This functional trainer is solidly constructed with industrial grade strength 11 gauge steel throughout. It is a quick-adjust pulley system with 11 different adjustment slots. You are also able to perform pull-ups and chin-ups with the pull-up bar. Also comes with a pair of plastic D-grip handles. Other attachments sold separately.

Equipment was delivered promptly and easy to assemble. Quality of cables/pulley system is deficient. There is a catch that makes it nearly impossible to use safely for range of motion in movements. Have checked and rechecked pulleys for alignment and cannot determine any issue other than quality.

Ordered on Monday literally delivered to texas on Wednesday and set delivery for Friday. Upon opening the box you could see that they packed each part very well to prevent any damage. Once out of the box it took my friend and I about two hours to assemble. We then began testing it out and oh boy this machine is perfect it is rock solid when using the pull up handles and smooth when using the cables. Also note that it was easy to adjust between the different heights and weights.
This thing is a beast! It came partially assembled so it was pretty easy to get together. It came in a giant wooden crate that weighed 920 pounds. The delivery guy could barely get it off the truck and ended up leaving it at the front of my driveway. I had to unload it from there and carry it piece by piece into the house. That was probably the most difficult part of the process. Other than that I’m very happy with this trainer.
